The instructor will present a thorough step-by-step action plan outlining how to work with Buyers and Sellers from the moment the agent makes initial contact with the prospect; how to determine if the prospect is a lead, how to convert the lead to a client, how to assist the client in their real estate needs, how to get the transaction closed, and how to keep that client for life after the closing.
